Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 10scrolls at 10scrolls.com and its apps (the “Service”), operated by T-Graph Cloud Corporation, Philippines (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in with Google or Facebook, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

2. Plans: Free and Plus

• Free — daily scrolls, reading and core features at no charge.
• Plus — US$1.99 per month (or the local price shown at checkout), billed monthly in advance.

Plus renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your Profile (web/Stripe) or your app store subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges and Plus stays active until the end of the paid month. Refunds follow the policy of where you paid: purchases through Apple or Google are handled by that store; web purchases through Stripe are generally non-refundable for partial months, except where required by law or at our discretion. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

4. Acceptable use, including blessings

Blessings and anything else you share must be respectful. You agree not to:

• send harassing, hateful, threatening, sexual or unlawful content;
• send spam, scams or bulk unsolicited blessings, or impersonate others;
• infringe anyone’s rights or share others’ personal data without permission;
• attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or access other accounts.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You are responsible for content you create; you keep ownership of your notes and prayers and give us a limited licence to store and display them to run the Service.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The 10scrolls name and logo, app design, software, reflections, artwork and original worship music are owned by T-Graph Cloud Corporation or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may listen and read for personal, non-commercial devotional use within the Service. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, re-upload or sell the music or app content, except using the share features we provide. Songs are produced with AI music tools and lyrics co-written with an AI assistant.

6. Bible texts

The King James Version (KJV), ASV, WEB and ADB texts are in the public domain. The Holy Bible, Berean Standard Bible (BSB), is produced in cooperation with Bible Hub, Discovery Bible, unfoldingWord, Bible Aquifer, OpenBible.com, and the Berean Bible Translation Committee, and has been dedicated to the public domain (BereanBible.com).

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Reflections and AI verse explanations are devotional and study aids, may contain mistakes, and are not professional, medical, legal, financial or pastoral counselling. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, T-Graph Cloud Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$10 if you use the Free plan).

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime in Settings › Delete account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact
